To access the web application, you have two easy options. You can click the ‘Book Here’ button. Alternatively, you can directly enter the details into the search field of the web application, located at the beginning.
Type of reservation:
- Distance: When you want to travel from point A to point B, with the service charged based on the distance traveled.
First, select the pick-up date and time in the PICK-UP DATE field. The pick-up time is available in the automatic dropdown menu
Next, enter the pick-up address in the PICK-UP LOCATION field, where the driver will wait for you. In the DROP-OFF LOCATION field, enter the address where you want to arrive. In the RIDE TYPE field, choose between one-way or round-trip options. If you need additional time, select the number of extra hours in the ADDITIONAL TIME field. Then click on the SELECT VEHICLE button."
- In the PICK-UP DATE field, select the date, and then the time
- In the PICK-UP LOCATION field, enter the address where the driver picks you up
- In the DROP-OFF LOCATION field, enter the address where you want to arrive
- In the RIDE TYPE field, select either one-way or round-trip (new ride). If needed, you can also select additional time in the ADDITIONAL TIME field
- Then click the SELECT VEHICLE button
If you entered the details directly into the search field on the homepage, you are now redirected to a new page titled 'RESERVATION.' If you clicked the 'BOOK NOW' button in the first step, you are now in the second step of the reservation process on a page titled 'SELECT VEHICLE.
First, in the vehicle filter, select the number of passengers and the number of luggage pieces. Then, choose the desired type of vehicle. Vehicles that match your selections will be displayed on the screen. Alternatively, you can manually browse all available vehicle options and choose the desired one. Once you find the desired vehicle, click on the 'SELECT' button. Don't forget to enter the number of passengers and luggage pieces so that the driver can be adequately prepared.
After selecting the vehicle, you can also choose other services that we offer. Mark the desired quantity and click on the 'SELECT' button. Then, click on the 'ENTER CONTACT INFORMATION' button. Note: At this step, you also have the option to click on the 'SELECT CONTACT INFORMATION' button if you want to review or modify the entered information and return to the previous step.
- In the vehicle filter, select the number of passengers, the number of luggage pieces, and the type of vehicle
- Review all available vehicles and choose the desired option - click on the 'SELECT' button
- Then you have the option to select additional services
- Review the summary of your order
- Click on the 'ENTER CONTACT DETAILS' button.
First, enter all your contact information. If necessary, you can also use the additional comments field to provide extra information. If you want the invoice to be issued to the company, check the box next to the 'BILLING ADDRESS' option.
Next, choose your preferred payment method. Payment options include cash, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, etc.), or via the PayPal system. Finally, click on the 'RESERVATION SUMMARY' button to complete the reservation process.

The reservation summary provides all the information we have selected. First, you have the contact details and the payment method. In case you would like to make any changes, there is an 'EDIT' button next to each – click to modify.
Next, you have a map showing your destination. Then, your driving and vehicle details follow. If you have a code, enter it into the field and click ENTER CODE. Finally, you have the payment amount. Click BOOK NOW to reserve your destination.

After clicking the BOOK NOW button, you will see a window with the message: 'Thank you for your order.' Click on the button below - 'Pay for the order.' On the next screen, choose your preferred payment method. Options include PayPal, cash payment, and credit card (MasterCard, Visa, etc.).
Check the box next to the text: 'I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WEBSITE.' Click on the 'Pay for the order' button. You will then see a thank you window with the details of your order. After payment is received, we will send you an email with the details of your order.

- At the time of service, you have the option to choose additional services
