Atnak Ltd., a company registered in Slovenia with registration number: 6657516000 and registered office address at Jerančičeva ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana, operating as en.taxi-booking.si, acts solely as an agent in relation to all reservations taken and/or made on your behalf.

For all transportation arrangements, your contract will be with the supplier of the relevant arrangements (“supplier/principal”). By booking with us, the first-named person on the booking agrees, on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking, that he/she:

1. Has read these Agency Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them;
2. Consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorized on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including special categories of data where applicable (such as health information or disabilities); and
3. Is over 18 years of age;
4. Accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons named on the booking.

1. Contract
Upon your booking, we will ensure that you enter into a contract with the relevant supplier/principal (i.e., transport provider) of the transportation arrangements as detailed on your reservation. As an agent, we do not accept any responsibility for the acts or omissions of the supplier/principal or for the services provided by them. Your booking with us is subject to these agency terms and conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the relevant supplier/principal with whom you contract, and we advise you to read both carefully. The supplier/principal’s booking conditions may limit and/or exclude the supplier/principal’s liability to you. If you do not have them, please ask us for copies.
Your booking is confirmed, and the contract between you and the supplier/principal will exist when we send you confirmation on their behalf. We reserve the right on behalf of the supplier/principal to refuse any order you place with us. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a supplier/principal to every booking request. In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate a supplier/principal to your booking request, we will email you as soon as possible and advise you.

2. Liability
We accept no liability for any contract you enter into or for any transportation arrangement or other services you purchase (“transportation arrangement”), or for any acts or omissions of any supplier or other person or party connected with any arrangements.
If full payment is not received when required, we will notify the supplier/principal, who may cancel your reservation and charge cancellation fees as set out in their booking conditions.
Unless otherwise advised or stated in the booking conditions of the relevant supplier/principal, all monies paid to us for transportation arrangements will be held on behalf of the supplier/principal and forwarded to the supplier/principal in accordance with our agreement with the supplier/principal.

3. Reservation
You must check all details provided to us at the time of booking to ensure they are correct, including pickup details. Once you confirm these details, we will proceed with confirming the booking with the supplier/principal.
Upon receipt of all documents, check that all names, dates, and times are correct and inform us immediately of any errors. Any changes to these details resulting from your error may incur amendment charges. The booking details you provide us will be passed only to the relevant supplier/principal of your transportation arrangements or other persons necessary for providing your transportation arrangements. Data may be passed to public authorities if they demand it or as required by law. This applies to all special categories (sensitive) data you provide us. By making this booking, you agree to the transfer of this data to relevant parties. Certain information may also be passed to security or credit checking companies. If you are traveling outside the European Economic Area, data protection controls may not be as strict as required by law in that country. If we cannot pass this information to relevant suppliers, whether within the EEA or not, we may not be able to provide your booking. 4. Payment
To book your chosen transportation arrangements, you must either pay in full at the time of booking, or you may be eligible to pay directly to the driver where the transportation arrangement provider offers this as an option. In this case, you must commit to pay such payment to the driver at the time of booking. If you choose to pay the driver, ensure you have the correct amount of cash in local currency, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email. If you choose to pay the driver, we will also require you to provide us with valid credit/debit card details at the time of booking, and we reserve the right to charge you transportation costs on behalf of the supplier if you fail to make any payment when due or if any change or cancellation costs arise.
If full payment is not received when required, we will notify the supplier/principal, who may cancel your reservation and charge cancellation fees as set out in their booking conditions.
Unless otherwise advised or stated in the booking conditions of the relevant supplier/principal, all monies paid to us for transportation arrangements will be held on behalf of the supplier/principal and forwarded to the supplier/principal in accordance with our agreement with the supplier/principal.
Please note that credit/debit card processing fees (1.4% – 2.9%) charged by our payment processing partner Stripe.com and Paypal.com, are non-refundable when canceling the reservation.

5. Prices
We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: Changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen transportation arrangement when booking.

6. Special Requests
If you have any special requests, please inform us at the time of booking. We will pass all such requests on to the supplier/principal, but we cannot guarantee that they will be met, and in any case, we shall have no liability to you in respect of any such requests. Please note that our suppliers/principals will provide child/infant seats on request wherever possible, but there may be rare occasions when such seats cannot be provided, such as due to unforeseen vehicle replacements at the last minute. Please note that we and our suppliers/principals cannot guarantee that provided seats will fit your child exactly.

7. Your Changes and Cancellations
Each of our suppliers/principals allows you to cancel without charge, provided you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. You may cancel the online reservation up to 24 hours before pickup or arrival. We will confirm the cancellation terms of the supplier/principal applicable to your booking.
You must send any cancellation or change request to us through email. Ensure you receive written confirmation of any changes to your booking before travel. The supplier/principal’s cancellation terms typically allow you to request changes to your booking online up to 24 hours before pickup or arrival. After this period, you must contact the supplier/principal directly by calling the number provided in the reservation confirmation email. We will confirm the amended supplier/principal terms applicable to your booking.
Although we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee that the supplier/principal will accommodate any change requests. Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms of the Supplier/Principal of your transportation arrangement. The supplier/principal may charge cancellation or amendment fees

as specified in their booking conditions (which may amount to 100% of the transportation arrangement costs).
Please note: some suppliers/principals do not allow changes, so full cancellation charges may apply.

8. Changes and Cancellations by Supplier/Principal
We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if the supplier/principal needs to significantly change your confirmed transportation arrangements or cancel them. We will also liaise between you and the supplier/principal regarding any alternative arrangements offered by the supplier, but we will have no further liability to you.

9. Our Responsibility for Your Booking
Your contract is with the supplier/principal, and their booking conditions apply. As an agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the transportation arrangements. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. We accept no responsibility for any information about the transportation arrangement provided to you in good faith. However, in the event that it is found we are liable to you on any basis, our maximum liability to you is limited to twice the commission amount we earn from your booking (or the relevant proportion of this if not all persons on the booking are affected). We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees while acting in the course of their employment.

10. Complaints
As the contract for your transportation arrangements is between you and the supplier/principal, any queries or concerns regarding your transportation arrangements should be addressed to them for resolution. Please submit all such queries through the dedicated page on our website available here: https://en.taxi-booking.si/contact/. Complaints must be lodged within 28 days from the date of utilizing the supplier/principal’s services. If you experience any issues with your transportation arrangements during their use, you must report this to the supplier/principal immediately. Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the supplier/principal’s ability to investigate and rectify your complaint. Any compensation to which you may be entitled may be reduced or eliminated as a result.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions of the agency are governed by Slovenian law and we both agree that the courts of Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Vehicle Descriptions and Standards
All descriptions are as provided by the relevant supplier/principal. They are intended as a guide to the services you can expect from your transportation. Standards and ratings may vary between countries and between suppliers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of ratings provided. Images of the make and model of vehicles shown on the booking page are for illustration purposes only, and neither we nor the supplier/principal guarantee that the supplier/principal will provide those exact vehicles.

13. Travel Times
Stated distances and travel times are for guidance only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from published information, so you should plan your journey accordingly.

14. Documentation and Information
All descriptions and content on our website or otherwise published by us are made on behalf of the relevant supplier/principal and are intended to present a general idea of the services offered by the supplier/principal. Not all details of the relevant services can be included on our website. All featured services are subject to availability. If you require further details regarding any transportation arrangements or other services, please contact us.
